Our inventory can sometimes be incorrect, and we sell an item that we do not have in current stock.

Possible Substitute

We have a similar item in stock, that we could substitute with.

- Another Length / Style / Colour

- Check to find 1-3 suitable substitutes (as many as possible)

- Allows customers to substitute with a higher value product, up to a price difference of $15. If higher than this value, request the customer to cover the difference above the $15.

Though we regret to inform you that an inventory error has been made and we have discovered this item is no longer in stock. Unfortunately more stock is not due to arrive until late October.

We do have 1m and 3m lengths of our mic cables with Neutrik XLR connectors. We are happy to send either length if suitable for you.
Otherwise we are happy to forward a refund if preferred.

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Either facilitate the adjustment of the order SKU's to reflect the substituted items. (pass task onto Workbook employee)

Though the lead time on receiving more goods is less than 1 month.

Note. In the Inventory. Check the "OnOrderQty" column (U), any QTY value means the SKU is on order. Check the "ReOrder" column (S) for code. (e.g. R10). Filter column S for that code and read the comment in the very top SKU cell, for info on this shipments ETA

- Check the Inventory sheet to determine when the item is back in stock.

- Message the customer and ask whether they wish for us to hold or refund the order.
