Returns and Swaps

Customers have the right to return any item with 30 days for a refund, providing the item is received back in AS NEW condition.

- For returns of cables, we allow for a full refund even if the packaging is absent, but do request they include it.
- For returns of items in individual cartons, we ask that the item be returned in the original carton.

Return to Swap	After payment and delivery. A customer may purchase an item not suitable for their needs due to their error, and may ask to return the item and swap for another item. (In good spirit we offer to ship the 'swapped' item out to the customer for free. This gesture goes within reason, and should not exceed $15 cost to us. We have every right to ask them to cover the extra shipping cost)	(A) The item they wish swap is the same price.	Arrange for the swapped item/s to be shipped (once the returned item is received), by creating a row in the R&R sheet with the value "SO" (Send Out), and placing an "H" into the ToPost Column, and insert a comment to explain the reason for the "hold" on the order. (i.e. "waiting for returning item")	Return & Swaps / Return and Swap - same price We do accept returns and swaps for items purchased that are not suitable for the original intended purpose. Providing the items/s are in as new condition, we can provide a full refund of the item price or credit against another item. Once the item is received back we will arrange for the XXXX to be shipped out, at XXXX cost.	Record the Return event in the R&R sheet.
		(B) The item they wish swap for MORE expensive	Same as (A). Then request the difference in unit price between the 2 items, and request the money through their previous payment type. (paypal, or ask to send another bank deposit, etc.)	Return & Swaps / Return and Swap - higher price We do accept returns and swaps for items purchased that are not suitable for the original intended purpose. Providing the items/s are in as new condition, we can provide a full refund of the item price or credit against another item. Please return to: Swamp Industries 3 Quiros St Griffith ACT 2603 Please use appropriate protection for item protection, and leave a brief note with your name, user id or order number. We will forward a Paypal payment request to your email inbox, to allow you to pay the extra owing via Credit Card of Paypal. Once the item is received back we will arrange for the XXXX to be shipped out, at XXXX cost.
		(C) The item they wish swap for LESS expensive	Same as (A). Offer a credit to use against another item. Or if preferred by customer; Send a refund of the difference in unit price between the 2 items, or . Record the refund event in the R&R sheet. Unless the difference is less than the cost of our extra postatge.	Return & Swaps / Return and Swap - lower price We do accept returns and swaps for items purchased that are not suitable for the original intended purpose. Providing the items/s are in as new condition, we can provide a full refund of the item price or credit against another item. For difference in the product prices, we can either issue a credit for our website or provide a refund. Please let us know which is preferred. Returns - Item not wanted	After payment and delivery. A customer may purchase an item decide they wish to return it for a refund. Either because not suitable for their needs, or the item was not wanted after receiving.	If the item has been used as is NOT in AS NEW condition.	Contact Manager.

Returns - Faulty item	After payment and delivery. A customer receives a Faulty item and requests to return it.		Refer to the Replacements page.
Straight Swap	Prior to payment. A customer may purchase a product, and then ask to swap it with another item	(A) The item they wish swap is the same price.	Arrange for the swapped item/s to be shipped, by editing the ProductCode values of the order.	Return & Swaps / Straight Swap - same price It is not a problem for us to swap these products on the order for you. This has been done in our system.
		(B) The item they wish swap for MORE expensive	Same as (A). Then request the difference in unit price between the 2 items, and request the money through their previous payment type. (paypal, or ask to send another bank deposit, etc.)	Return & Swaps / Straight Swap - higher price It is not a problem for us to swap these products on the order for you.
